- Oooh-mami Udon – Fresh udon noodles coated with rich XO sauce tossed together with dried sakura ebi, fresh spring onions, and bonito flakes, topped with an onsen egg.
- Triple Egg Udon – Triple treat with tobiko, mentaiko, tamago and butter.
- Fried Onion Udon is glazed with fragrant spring onion oil, stewed pork, and topped with fresh spring onions, onions, and shallots. Inspired by the famous Shanghainese Chong You (fried spring onion) noodles.
- Pesto Udon where east-meets-west fusion of udon with pesto and minced pork.
All udons at Tamoya are made on-site daily with raw ingredients such as flour, shoyu and bonito all imported directly from Japan to assure the highest quality.
