Travel Destinations

The number of KrisFlyer miles required for redemption shown below is for per person per one-way travel, after applying the discount. Taxes and fees will apply in addition to the required redemption mileage and must be paid separately by the passenger in the applicable currency.

Redemption discount applies strictly to flights listed in the table below. For return flight bookings, flight numbers for both sectors have to match with flights listed for the respective discounts to be valid. Blackout dates apply.

Singapore Airlines Destinations

To redeem, please complete the following:

1. Log in to your KrisFlyer account with your KrisFlyer membership number/ email address and password at the top right corner of this page.
2. Select ‘Book a Flight’ on your dashboard.
3. Click ‘Redeem flights’ and select your travel details.
4. Redemption discount will only be reflected in the booking summary panel after you have selected the flights.

Seats are limited, and redemption availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Editor’s note: You need to make sure you are choosing a ‘Saver‘ fare AND the correct Selected Flights (e.g. SQ618, SQ620, SQ622 to Osaka) for the promotion. Otherwise the discount will not show. If you are planning to book return fares, BOTH must match the criteria to see the discount. 

Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is only applicable for online redemption of Saver Awards in Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class on selected Singapore Airlines and SilkAir operated flights. Eligible bookings can only be made through singaporeair.com. This promotion is not available through KrisFlyer Membership Services, SIA Ticket Offices, travel agents or any other channels.
2. To qualify for the promotion, tickets must be issued between 15 to 31 January 2020 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive, for travel between 1 to 29 February 2020 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive. All travel must be completed by 29 February 2020 (GMT+8). If any part of the itinerary is confirmed after the promotion period or falls outside the applicable travel period or contains an ineligible flight, the entire itinerary will not be eligible for the promotion.
3. Any waitlist redemption that is confirmed after 31 January 2020 (GMT+8) will not be entitled to the discount and will be charged at full mileage levels.
4. Any change is strictly not permitted for bookings made under this promotion. Cancellation is also not permitted for partially used or totally unused tickets.
5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
6. This promotion is applicable to one-way and round-trip travel. No stopovers are allowed for this promotion.
7. Taxes and fees are applicable in addition to the required redemption mileage and paid for separately by the passenger in the applicable currency.
8. The 51% discount level is only applied on the number of KrisFlyer miles required for an Economy Class Saver, Premium Economy Class Saver, and/or Business Class Saver award ticket. It does not apply to commercial tickets purchased with part miles, part cash. Taxes and fees are separately charged and payable and are not subject to any discount. The 51% discount is displayed upon selection of eligible flight(s) during booking on singaporeair.com.
9. All redemptions are subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
10. KrisFlyer terms and conditions apply.
11. KrisFlyer reserve the right to change the eligible destinations, flight numbers and travel dates, without prior notice.
12. KrisFlyer reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion without prior notice at their own sole discretion.
