Haidilao S’pore now takes online reservation for 6 outlets

Haidilao Singapore announced in a Facebook’s post today (10 Jan 20) that they have now launched the long-awaited online reservation. If you have always wanted to have steamboat with your friends but don’t like to queue, this is definitely good news for you.

The online booking is currently only available at 6 outlets:

  • Century Square
  • Clarke Quay
  • 313@somerset
  • The Seletar Mall
  • Sun Plaza
  • Paya Lebar Quarter

There is also a menu on the website that you can refer to so you can decide what to order before you arrive at the restaurant.

Haidilao S’pore’s first smart restaurant is now open at Marina Square and there are robot waiters

Haidilao Marina Square is now open

Haidilao Singapore has now announced in a Facebook post that they have opened Singapore’s first smart restaurant that promises a multi-sensory dining experience. This comes after Haidilao unveiled  their first AI-powered restaurant in Beijing last year.

The new outlet, located at Marina Square, is a high-tech restaurant that employs technology such as food delivery robots, customised automatic soup base machines and an AR/VR 5G e-gaming corner.

Customers can also enjoy an immersive dining experience with different lighted themed rooms powered by sound and light technology.

Now you can with their latest delivery services. Hotpot cooker can be requested without any extra charges and deposit.

They even provide cleaning services after your meal, during the cooker collection.

Ordering Process:

  • Call the delivery hotline 6509 4111 (Currently limited to ordering by phone only)
  • If this is your first time, let the operator know your dining venue, contact details, quantity, dining time, cooker requirement, etc.
  • Choose your favourite pot type, appetizer, dishes (optional package meal) and your special needs for the dishes. Cold dishes and snacks are complimentary.
  • Prepare your tables, chairs, power and water supply. The delivery staff will arrive at agreed time so that you can savour the delicious steamboat.
  • In order to make sure your order can be delivered on time, please order in advance. Your food will be delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the distance from delivery point.

Delivery Charges

  • Minimum order: S$98
  • Delivery charges $4 / KM (313 Orchard Road as delivery point)
  • Maximum charge: S$50
  • Payment method: Cash on delivery
