On the 15th of March 2015, Ikkousha Hakata Ramen is celebrating the Ikkousha Day with a 1-for-1 for its Tonkotsu Red Ramen.
Started in Hakata, the ramen capital of Japan, is best known for it’s tonkotsu-based ramen made from pork bones and simmered for many hours.
Ikkousha combines the most wholesome broth with its white springy noodles to satiate your tastebud making it a favourite for ramen lovers.
Helmed by Chef Kousuke Yoshimura from Fukuoka, Japan and has two Ramen Champion titles under his belt, Yoshimura-san will show you his definition of a truly authentic Hakata ramen.
