- Only purchase on the listed models made from 7 January to 29 February 2016 (both dates inclusive) from any of the authorised dealers will qualify for redemption of premium gifts.
- Redemption that are to be made at Panasonic Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Singapore 469332.
- Operation hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.45pm. (Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays) start from 15 January to 14 March 2016. (No redemption will be entertained thereafter).
- For redemption at Panasonic Customer Care Centre, customers MUST present the following documents: (a) Original tax invoice (full amount paid). (b) Full warranty card (both consumer and application portion), (c) NRIC/FIN, (d) Original Hire-Purchase document (if applicable). An Authorisation Letter and a copy of the owner’s NRIC must be produced in the event that the owner is not present at the time of redemption.
- Redemption will not be entertained should customer fail to present any of the above required documents.
- Premium gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other gifts and are on a “while stocks last” basis.
- Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to substitute the premium gifts with alternatives without any prior notice.
- Non-compliance of the terms and conditions at the redemption only result in forfeiture.
- Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to amend and vary these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
