The signature KARAKA-Men features the iconic flavours of IPPUDO’s original silky pork broth. The broth is blended with a myriad of spices, such as sweet and spicy miso bean sauce, hot chilli oil and Japanese peppers. The thin al dente noodles are then topped with minced meat miso paste, pork belly chashu and more. This addictive bowl of goodness will go at S$9.90 per bowl (UP: S$17++).
