How to redeem your coconut shake:
1) Click on top left-hand <Menu> of mSAFRA app, scroll down and go to <e-voucher> tab.
2) Scroll down the list of e-Voucher images and select Mr Coconut e-voucher image in your <Wallet>
3) Enter ‘COCONUT‘ in the “Enter redemption code” box and click <SUBMIT>. E-voucher will be shown as ‘REDEEMED’.
4) Go to your <History> tab under <e-voucher> to view your unique Coconut Shake promo code
5) Apply your unique promo code at Mr Coconut’s self-help kiosks located at any of the selected six outlets.
Terms and Conditions
- Limited to first 2,000 redemptions at six selected Mr. Coconut’s outlets listed as above, capped at 1 redemption per SAFRA member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Each promo code issued is valid for a one-time redemption of 1 medium-sized Coconut shake valid from 1 to 31 Mar 2023.
- Any upgrade or additional toppings to the coconut shake will be charged accordingly to the member.
- Free Mr. Coconut Shake promo code must be redeemed by 1 Mar 2024 at any of the selected six Mr. Coconut outlets and is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.

Important Reminders
- Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Kindly also ensure that you have granted mSAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
- The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.
