Their current buffet theme showcasing Executive Sous Chef Yeo Eng Woon’s bold-flavoured Cantonese dishes continue to delight diners with popular Cantonese dishes such as Fried Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs, Salt Baked Chicken, and Steamed Blue Crab with Egg & Shaoxing Wine, on top of the restaurant’s fantastic spread of international cuisines.
