Key Responsibilities

Proposal Creation:

Social Media Content Planning:

• Develop content plans for both organic social media channels and client social media channels as required.

Team Collaboration:

• Attend team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday in person to discuss project updates, brainstorm ideas, and strategize.
• Participate in client meetings in person to understand their needs, provide insights, and present content proposals.

Job Qualifications & Key Responsibilities

• Junior architect/ designer executive

Selected junior candidate/s will work closely with the founding principal on a variety of projects ranging from architectural and interior design projects to concept and design development stages. We’re interested in designers with strong graphic and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PowerPoint (keynote a plus but not necessary). MUST BE VERY INTERESTED IN DESIGN, self-motivated, a collaborator, and willing to discuss design ideas and bounce thoughts back and forth. Mentoring is provided. Your principal task is to develop established concept ideas (or establish conceptual ideas with the principal) to carry them into the schematic and design development phase, and prepare presentation drawings for client presentations on time.

• Senior architect/ designer executive

Selected senior candidate/s will work independently in translating design development stage drawings (from SketchUp and presentation drawings) into construction drawings (AutoCAD) for construction. Be well versed in building codes, detailing, and the ability to put together a set of construction drawings a must or be willing to learn. Must be interested in design with an understanding of design languages so as to translate design intent into working drawings for construction. You’re expected to coordinate with other relevant consultants if needed. Mentoring is provided where necessary.

• Invoicing: Generate client invoices according to contractual terms, and reconcile client payments.
