Training & Development
Newly hired cabin crew members will undergo a rigorous four-month training program, one of the most comprehensive in the industry. This program includes a variety of essential topics such as Product Knowledge, Service Procedures, Passenger Handling, Deportment and Grooming, Language and Communication Skills, Safety and Emergency Procedures, and First Aid.
Compensation & Benefits
Trainees will receive a basic salary during their training period, and will be given an attractive salary package with various allowances upon successful completion and commencement of duties. Benefits include free annual travel to any Singapore Airlines destination, discounted travel rates, competitive annual leave, as well as medical and dental schemes. The initial contract offered is for five years, with potential renewals based on performance.
Eligibility & Application Process
To qualify for an interview, applicants must be Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents, at least 18 years old, and meet educational and physical requirements such as a minimum of 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits or higher, and a minimum height of 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males.
