Local food and beverage brands Pezzo and CRAVE Nasi Lemak & Teh Tarik (CRAVE) have recently launched new menus that pay tribute to beloved local flavours in celebration of the month of Ramadan.
When families and friends share a meal together, they can engage in meaningful conversations and show affection for one another. Themed Jemput Makan, which translates to “an invitation to eat together”, Pezzo and CRAVE’s Hari Raya menus aim to promote bonding between families and friends.
Both menus are available from now till mid July in stores, via delivery (foodpanda, Deliveroo and Ubereats) or call and collect services. Bulk orders for events are available as well.

About the product: Pezzo’s Satay Rendang Pizza (S$5.20/slice) features a pool of spicy rendang sauce, chunks of succulent satay chicken, gooey mozzarella cheese as well as a medley of fresh cucumber, red onion and red chilli. The ingredients are all perched atop freshly made dough, and then baked to perfection.

About the offerings: CRAVE’s marquee dish in the Jemput Makan menu is the Hot & Spicy Squid, whose large size is bound to entice diners. Of a fiery note which many locals will love, the squid is delectably tender and fresh. Wash it down with two new refreshing drinks: Iced Bandung with Grass Jelly; and Iced Honeydew with Grass Jelly. The two classic drinks, which many Singaporeans grew up with, will evoke nostalgia.
Not to be missed are the popular deep-fried savoury crackers – Rempeyek which are loaded with aromatic herbs and spices. You can choose between the original (with peanuts), Rempeyek Tumpi (green bean) or Rempeyek Ikan Bilis (anchovies) – perfect snacks for any gathering.

Meaningful Jemput Makan Charity Initiatives to Share Joy and Happiness with the Less Fortunate
As part of the Jemput Makan’s campaign, Pezzo and CRAVE are joining hands this Ramadan to provide more than 200 needy families with a break fast feast of the brands’ respective limited-time Hari Raya dishes.
The month of Ramadan is a time for Muslims to repent and seek forgiveness. After a day of fasting, families and friends will gather in the evening to break fast. Pezzo and CRAVE hope to be a part of this annual observance in a meaningful way so more people can have a memorable buka puasa.
